I'm having the same problem. I have tried to contact them twice through their website and I haven't gotten a response, even though they promise a response in 24 hours. I tried their email address and the email was returned as undeliverable. I tried their phone number through paypal and it goes to something called windows.com, definitely not fragrancesite.com or even Dympaul, inc as their paypal account states. I am about to dispute my payment to them if I do not hear from them soon. I don't mind waiting a little while for my product but the noncommunication and the 3 different company names worry me.

This website is fraudulent. I have opened a complaint with PayPal. An email the company bounced back from a server in Russia--very suspicious. They haven't replied to multiple attempts to contact them. They stole $38.50 of my money; lesson learned, I suppose. Somehow, they got themselves listed in Google Products (how is this done, exactly? and how can it be undone?) and made sure their products produced the lowest price. When a hapless consumer (read: me) sorts the products by price, voila, up comes fragrancesite.com as #1 on the list.
Update to my previous post: I filed a complaint with Paypal. To my suprise, Fragrancesite refunded my $38.50. If you've been scammed by them, complain to Paypal. I should mention that during this whole experience, I received precisely one communication from Fragrancesite: an email confirming my order, received the day of my order. They never responded to my subsequent inquiries or complaints.
The person running this business is a con artist. Do not buy anything from this website. He will bill you for products you order and then not send them to you. If you try to contact him, he will not respond. He has been careful to make sure there is no other way to contact him (such as a phone number or address) except for a email link on the website. As I said before, if you try to contact him using it he will not respond. As can you read, several people here have been already been ripped off by this crook. If he has ripped you off, file a dispute of the charge with Paypal or your credit card company.
